Hi friends!

I was thrilled to launch the 7th and last part of Atomic Habits series on my podcast last week and to see the number of downloads breaking a new record. I enjoyed studying this topic a lot and I can't recommend this book highly enough to you.

I am now looking forward to sharing with you some new topics on the podcast, including an interview recorded with me about my humble content creation process. Stay tuned.

Your monthly review is due this week, when will you dedicate some time to do it? As we learned in Atomic Habits we need to set implementation intentions. So, commit with me by saying the below aloud:

I [First name / your name] will do May's review on [Date & Time] at [Location].

Here are resources to help you do you review.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

  1. I once wrote this poem/song/pep talk to myself as a reminder to keep my heart open. Open Up, Don't Keep it Shut.
  2. Eric Carle, the author of our kids' favorite picture books like"the very hungry caterpillar" passed away at the age of 91. I used to keep one of his picture books on my office desk just to look at the brilliant drawings and what sparked inspiration for me is the way he made them that I had no idea about, they were all collages.
  3. 20 Questions That could change your life by Martha Beck with a sense of humor.
  4. A special link for you to try Blinkist, my favorite book summaries app, for free for 30 days. I review books I already read and decide what book is next using Blinkist.
  5. A quote from the latest novel I read and loved (I hardly read novels) called Anxious People:

"We can’t change the world, and a lot of the time we can’t even change people. No more than one bit at a time. So we do what we can to help whenever we get the chance, sweetheart. We save those we can. We do our best. Then we try to find a way to convince ourselves that that will just have to… be enough. So we can live with our failures without drowning."

― Fredrik Backman
