Its time for some SoulSpeak in the flesh!

Join myself and my dear friend and colleague Tori Vallen of JOIA WELLNESS for 3 hours of delicious and informative talk around our sacred woman's bodies. 

Tori, a wonderful health coach and nutritionist mastermind will be sharing her knowledge on shifting eating patterns and self sabotage while she takes us through how to deeply care for our temple using nutrition and cultivating a relationship with our bodies needs.

I will be talking us through how to deeply connect in with our Selves and our bodies wisdom and its own internal instructions. Plus, talk about how our emotional and mental states impact our bodies and why nature is the key to our joy and health. 

We will answer any and all questions that arise during the workshop and also take any questions prior to the day to make sure we are covering the enquires and challenges you may be having with your bodies and food. 

SoulSpeak Workshops are designed to flow with the energy of the group, so while we will have a structure of content, it will also flow intuitively on the day.
