Hi friends!

How's this week looking for you? I see so much free time ahead to use creatively because yesterday was the last day for my kids at school and summer vacation officially started! Wishing you'd enjoy this homework freedom soon too.

I am also happy to share I have my first paid virtual training gig scheduled this week, it feels so good to get rewarded for doing what I love. Please wish me luck. If you are interested in group training, let's talk (simply hit reply and let me know).

I hope you got to enjoy the satisfaction of completing your monthly review like you committed to me last week. During mine, I set the habits I want to track in June, most of them were carried over from previous months as I usually do until I feel I don't need to think before I do them. I also added the practice of affirmations and visualization and food journaling as new habits I want to keep an eye on.

What are some habits you need to be tracking yourself?

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:

  1. In love with this Children book about Palestine created by my friend Dima Al-Alami and Muna Abu-Dayeh with 8 artists from Palestinian origins. It's an e-book you can enjoy instantly for free.
  2. From my desk: Magic & Energy, watch your energy because we need your magic.
  3. The strategies mentioned in this HBR article are so practical to Stop Being So Hard On Yourself.
  4. These questions will help you spark yourself!
  5. A quote from the same book I got the above questions from:

"What if instead of asking what your passion or purpose is, we asked different questions? What are you interested in? What are you curious about? What’s fascinating to you? What have you read or seen or heard that you want to know more about? What do you love to do, just because? What are you working toward that you want desperately to achieve for no other reason than that you want it? Who do you love to help or serve or lift up?"
