Day 2: meditate!

Are you someone who “can’t meditate”? Don’t worry because you aren’t alone! So many of us feel we don’t have time, can’t sit still, or can’t stop our mind from racing, but the truth is we can ALL benefit from this!

Meditation doesn’t have to be long, and it definitely doesn’t need to be perfect. Taking time out of your day to pause and still your mind will give back to you in so many ways. 

 

Meditation has been extensively researched for its ability to help with concentration, self-awareness, and mood regulation. It is also extremely beneficial for managing anxiety and stress.

 

If you need a little direction, there are some great apps for easy access to guided meditations. Here are just a few:

Headspace

Calm
