Day 4: go to sleep!

Today your challenge is to get a good night's rest….or at least try!

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being. Getting enough quality sleep can help to maintain your mental and physical wellness. During sleep, your body is working to support healthy brain function and maintain your overall health.
 

Here are some great tips for encourage a restful night of sleep:
Plan your bedtime routine into your day (this will limit the amount of chaos in your evening)

Get off of screens at least an hour before bedtime (if you need to be staring at a screen try using blue light blocking glasses)

Have a cup of stress relieving, sleep promoting herbal tea

Soak in a relaxing bath (I love adding a cup of Epsom salts + Lavender essential oil)

Calming meditation

Hop into bed with a good book

If you've got one, get your diffuser going about 30min before bed with some oils supportive to sleep

 

Now get into bed with the intention to sleep peacefully for 8 solid hours.
