If you were to breakdown your average day, there are most likely pockets of time where you can either fit something in, or replace something mindless with something that will contribute to your personal growth. It can be as simple as getting up 30 minutes earlier or cutting your Netflix binge one episode short. If you're a multitasker, you can get a solid dose of brain food while you fold laundry, cook dinner, drive, exercise, or clean the house.

Podcasts great because they are free, you can find them on just about any topic you’re looking to learn about, and you can access them whenever you want to from the convenience of your own device through a variety of different platforms (iTunes, Stitcher, Google Play, Soundcloud, Spotify). All you do is subscribe to shows you like and when a new episode is available, it will automatically download to your phone.
