Tongue scraping is great for removing bacteria, detoxing the body, improving digestion, and overall oral health.
So how the heck do you do this?! Follow these simple steps:
1. This is meant to be done first thing in the morning. Try not to drink water or brush your teeth before.
2. Reach scraper to the back of your tongue and scrape it forward, dragging the film to the front of your tongue. (if you don’t have a scraper you can use a spoon!)
3. Spend about 60 sec doing this, scraping all the film into the sink.
4. Follow by brushing + rinsing your mouth!
