These days, even if we are eating a healthy diet we aren’t getting all the vitamins and minerals our bodies need to function optimally. The foods available to us are not of the quality they once were. Having a supplementation program in place has never been more important for our health. High quality supplements will fill in the gaps that are missing in our diet! Today your challenge is to start supplementing. This could mean a variety of things:
1. You have some already but need a reminder to actually take them. I recommend putting them somewhere you can see them and making them part of a daily routine you already have in place. (By your toothbrush, coffee machine, morning water etc)
