Ready to feel like a new human?? Today your challenge is to practice some yoga!

There are so many benefits to adding yoga into your wellness routine. 

Improve flexibility

Build strength

Increase blood flow

Boost immunity

Lower blood pressure

Decrease stress

Improve sleep

and the list goes on and on! 

 

You don't have to chant mantras or stand on your head to be a yogi (although you totally can if you want to!), it can be as easy as moving through a few very basic poses on your mat or even from a chair.

So look into joining a class at your local studio or gym, grab a yoga magazine, download an app, or find a practice on youtube and get down to it!
