Day 20: take a bath!

Today your challenge is to get soaking!

Taking a bath is a great way to treat yourself to some selfcare. Soak sore muscles, refresh the skin, reset the emotions, and/or set the mood for a restful night of sleep. So when the time in right for you today fill up that tub and get soaking!

 

Pour yourself a glass of water or herbal tea, put on some relaxing tunes or grab a good book, and soak away!

 

Boost your Bath Water!

1 cup of Epsom salts A drizzle of liquid coconut oil

 5-10 drops of doTERRA essential oils (My faves are Lavender, Aromatouch, or Balance) 

A squirt of doTERRA natural body wash for bubbles!

 

Don’t have a tub or absolutely can’t stand the thought of sitting in the bath? Try this detox foot bath instead (or add it into the mix)!
