Did you know that one of the best things you can do for your mental health is spend time outdoors? So let's do this!

Nothing resets the body, mind and soul like surrounding yourself with the beauty of nature and breathing in fresh air. 

 

Here are some of the many benefits to being outdoors:

Boost energy

Soak up vitamin D

Boost immune system

Enhance creativity

Restore focus

Decrease stress + anxiety

 

Go for a walk/hike, sit on a park bench, ride your bike, swing as high as you can, whatever it is, be sure to take it all in and be fully present.
