When was the last time you read a book? Do your daily reading habits centre around instagram posts, Facebook updates, and text messages? If you’re someone who doesn’t make a habit of reading regularly, you are missing out! 

 

Reading has a significant number of benefits including mental stimulation, reducing stress, gaining knowledge, increasing vocabulary, improving memory, focus and concentration, and more! Today your challenge is to either find a good book and get down to some reading, or pick up one you might not have finished and start turning pages again!
