You know that feeling when THAT song comes on and it's so good you can't help but get your groove on? Let's make that happen more often!

If you are a fan of Rachel Hollis you might have heard her encourage the creation of a “Bad Ass Playlist”. This is a collection of songs chosen by you that are guaranteed to uplift your spirits and inspire your socks off no matter what mood you're in! So today you're going to make your own! 

 

There are so many emotional + physical benefits for listening to music: 

Improve mood

Reduce stress

Improve exercise

Improve memory

Ease pain

Provide comfort

Improve cognition

 

You can make one of these on a music platform like apple music, spotify, google play, or even youtube. 

 

If you have absolutely NO IDEA how to do this and have no interest in trying to learn, find a playlist that speaks to you or turn on your fave artist and crank it up! Maybe you even have an old CD or cassette already made up?! In that case, your challenge today is to find something you can play it on ;)
