Day 30: set some goals!

So here we are....the last day of our challenge! You made it through 30 days of adding wellness into your daily routine. I hope you notice a difference in the way you feel both physically + mentally. Please be sure to take a moment to reflect on what a great accomplishment that is!

Your final challenge is to set some goals for yourself. Pull out your journal or a piece of paper and think about the direction you're heading in the next few months. 

 

Maybe you want to set some fitness goals, add in a weekly yoga class, start practicing daily gratitude, commit to meal prepping. Whatever it is, I hope this challenge inspired you to make yourself + your health a priority. Committing to some of these practices on a daily basis is guaranteed to bring more joy, fulfillment, energy and vitality to your life! 

 

If you threw in the towel before finishing or missed a few days along the way, please don't see that as a failure! You took a step in the right direction when you opted into joining this challenge. It will always be here for you to try again when the time is right!
