All year I wait for this window of time where I can enjoy my favorite treat from the garden, tomatoes! Before they arrive, I am full of anticipation and wonder of what new recipes I will be creating. Once the I see the first plump, juicy, round red fruit at the farmers market I am elated. The Kentucky heat and humidity has been well worth the wait.
