DaVinci has a no return policy on all disposables and gel products because of the nature of our product. All sales of disposables and gel products are final. No return or exchanges.
DaVinci has a 7-day return policy for whitening lights and chairs starting from the day the customer receives the item. The item must be in brand new condition and packed in original box and original packing material. Shipping is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the expense of the return shipment. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned or exchanged items. Items must be returned using the same shipping method as it was shipped.
