In this week’s #CreateWithCatCoq challenge we’re going to be building on what you made last week. Last week, the challenge was to work with my favorite paint medium - watercolor. And many of you used my new class Learn to Paint Watercolor Fruits & Florals with a Modern Twist as inspiration! I have absolutely loved seeing your watercolor paintings, and I can’t wait for you to take them to the next level this week!

This week’s challenge is to digitize your watercolor painting. Learning how to digitize your artwork opens you up to a whole new world of possibilities when it comes to sharing your art with the world. Whether you want to sell your art online using print on demand sites, change the color of your artwork digitally, or share it on social media, digitizing your art is key!

To participate in the challenge, simply digitize a piece of artwork and share it on Instagram using the hashtag #CreateWithCatCoq. I’ve been featuring select participants’ work throughout the challenge so be sure to tag me @catcoq for a chance to be featured. 

If watercolor isn’t your jam, no problem! You can digitize any artwork you prefer. The goal is to get practice taking something hand-drawn and transferring it to a digital file.
