One of the thing I am probably asked the most about is Intermittent Fasting (IF). Well, it is an eating style were you cycle between eating and fasting - it is one of the methods we incorporate into the FASTer Way program - using the 16/8 method. What that means is there will be a 16 hour window of fasting and an 8 our window of eating. However, if you have limitations, we can help you adjust to incorporate those limitations.
