I'm so excited to share some info with you about how I as your coach can help you conquer some health & fitness goals in my virtual accountability group, the “babe cave”! Everyone starts at different places & for different reasons, but I'm here to support you wherever you're at in your journey to achieve whatever goals you set forth, whether that's just physical & mental, or if you're interested in achieving some financial goals as well!

WHAT IS A CHALLENGE GROUP?

So my groups are all online, held in a free private app! I have an ongoing group that runs January - December, but also some other side groups throughout the year. We focus on consistency in fitness, nutrition, & personal development!  Here's an example of some things you might see in a typical group:

 

 

It's June…yep! Nearly 1/2 way through 2021. How's it going? No really, how's it going?! This month we are kicking things off looking back on the first half of the year and immediately doing an about face to plunge full force ahead! Maybe you set New Year's resolutions/goals and they've fizzled out or maybe you just need to make a few adjustments…just remember, it's never too late to evaluate and focus forward! This month, let's agree to evaluate regularly but not forget to celebrate. To have willpower but also find balance. To find the momentum and keep it alive. To shift our perspectives, kick the can'ts and conquer things one day at a time. It's time to do it and get uber intentional with the rest of the year because we are TOO LEGIT TO QUIT! Let's get some results, feel better and have fun!!! Summarize the year so far 1. Reflect on what has gone well 2. What can I bless and release 3. Health & Wellness - mental health, physical health 4. 5 things I am proud of 5. How do I want the next 6 months to look?

Nearly half way through this month already, can you believe it? Let's do a mid-month check-in on how things are going and if you're having trouble in a specific area, lean in. Let's figure out how to help you turn things around!!! And tip for today via the amazing Ilana Muhlstein (creator of 2B Mindset): "EXHALE!!! While you may have been told to breathe in, the focus should be on breathing out. It calms your central nervous system like no other. The longer the exhale, the calmer the mind. Get it out and let go. You will be amazed at the possibilities that you will find".

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I'm a wife & mom of 3, living in Utah County! I started my journey in July 2014 when I was just out of a terrible divorce, in the beginning of my 2nd season as an Associate Head Coach for women's soccer at Utah Valley.  I kept this small side gig as a hobby helping others in the cracks of my day!  I fell in love with the community & bringing others into it & I still wake up every single day so excited to get to do what I do!
