So my groups are all online, held in a free private app! I have an ongoing group that runs January - December, but also some other side groups throughout the year. A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I'm Ali! I'm a wife and mom of 2 and 1 on the way! I was still on my postpartum weight loss journey when I started coaching. I didn’t have a transformation yet. I wasn’t at my goal, but I was ready to start! I knew I couldn’t do it alone. I needed support and accountability, but I was also so passionate about health and fitness and wanted to take it a step further, and that’s where coaching came in. I wanted something for me that didn’t take me away from my babies. I felt lost in motherhood. I had put myself on the back burner. Coaching has completely changed my mindset and life.
