Welcome to the third quarter of 2021 and our construction progress update prepared for The Broadway of Asheville. It has been an incredibly busy year, to date. The changes in the outer facade of The Broadway have been dramatic! It has been exciting to track the developments and document the progress of this project each step of the way. 

All 14 units offered for sale are now under contract! The demand for housing in Asheville and interest in The Broadway in general, continues as we prepare to release additional units for sale, in our third and last building at The Broadway.

We are currently experiencing an accelerated level of activity, typical of this stage of the project. Despite the constraints placed upon our construction crew with regards to availability of materials and supplies, our project has ambitiously  marched forward  and remains on schedule. We invite you to follow our progress below to get a closer look at our recent updates and upcoming milestones. 

As you can see in the above image, brickwork detail is being completed above the windows and exterior cladding, to give The Broadway its signature “inspired Brownstone” look.

Sheetrock was installed in Building #1 and additional interior finishes will soon begin, with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment installations taking place. Buyers have completed selecting their finishes, from kitchen and bath hardware and tile to cabinets, interior paint colors, countertops, and more!
