Coming at you on a Friday and frankly, while I was in the shower early this morn (I take long meditative ones), this question came up:


HOW CAN I BE A BLESSING TO MYSELF TODAY?

 

I believe small acts of self care lead to overall bigger self love. And a blessing to myself this morning looked like a run / walk + a hot shower.  

 

Breathing room. Ahhh.

 

Care. Care. Check. Check.

 

So I pass it over to you-- how can you be a blessing to you today?

 

Go Small. Breathe. Feel it all. 

Enjoy just three minutes of a pause. In cheer squad, we start off with a “shake out + sink in” - here is a taste of the sink it. Have something to write with.
