RUNDOWN

School is back in session and you may be looking for a quick weeknight dinner option that doesn't involve defrosting or microwaving. Jenna found the perfect recipe to balance your family's need for something hearty but wholesome. Many ragus require hours of simmering, but not this one. This one calls for ground meat, which gives you a head start on tenderness, and combines it with flavor-packed ingredients like double-concentrated tomato paste and heavy cream. Together they make for a sauce that’s just as satisfying as one that’s cooked all day.

Abs-olutely Fabulous

They say summer bodies are made in the winter, so don't let the cooler weather stop you from getting to the gym. One way to stay motivated is to look cute while doing it! Workout in style with Kristin's favorite tank top. It's a super affordable option from Amazon that'll have you asking Lulu-who?? Great to wear for a quick workout or even running around with your kids. Click the link below to order yours!

Fall in a Glass

Who needs a Pumpkin Spice Latte when you can have a Caramel Apple Martini? Tam's recipe is as simple as it is decadent. Fill a shaker with ice, add 1.5 oz. caramel vodka, 1 oz. of butterscotch schnapps and  3-4 oz. apple cider. Dip the rim of the glass in apple cider, sugar, and caramel sauce. Now all you need is a campfire, a blankie, and a friend or two for the perfect fall evening.

Rachael likes to give her kids calming activities to do after a hectic day at school. She loves the website MotherNatured.com to access courses, resources, and community to make it easier to get her kids out in nature. There are printables, crafts, and games to encourage her kids to unplug and unwind. There's even a section called, “50 Ways to Play in the Rain.” Click below to find activities like Twirl with Umbrellas and Make a Wet Chalk Drawing.

We hope you enjoyed our top 5 picks, and we're excited to share many more with you in the coming weeks. As always, we're so grateful for your support and love having this opportunity to serve you in the inbox.
