The change in seasons reminds us of the inevitable passing of time. Ready or not, summer's sun has set and there are about three months left to savor before another year begins.

 

This is the perfect opportunity to think about how you want to invest in team planning and strategy in these final weeks. Starting the process now helps to ensure you can take a much-deserved break when the holidays arrive, while remaining confident you have the mechanisms in place to start strong in January.

Maybe that means updating your organization's social media policy, adding frequently used terms to your messaging guide, or doing a digital content audit of the website.
