Hey,

Hope restored 😊

To be honest, I've had some ups and downs this week. As it happens sometimes because, well… we are human and we're meant to feel stuff.

As I was questioning everything that I was doing, I realized that it is completely normal to allow myself to feel my feelings.

One of those things that I was questioning was having conversations for my podcast.

I always wanted to do them audio only because I connect better in writing and in audio format. I can focus with ease and not get distracted. Video, especially when it's 1:1, drains me.

So, why would I want to do something that is not good for me?!… especially something that is within my control… just because most people do it differently…

And so… my hope has been restored… I now know that everything I do serves me in one way and limits me in another

That I cannot please everyone.

That nobody else is more entitled to live my life than me… this feels liberating. A moment of relief that I get to take in.

I'll leave you with this cool talk I had with Laura Rubin about how to avoid burnout by redefining success. She shares lots of inspiring ideas and 3 practical tips that are mind-blowingly powerful and quite easy to implement.

You can check out the episode here.

Catch you in the next one!

Hugs,

Tini
