Hey,

Rainy day, rainy day, rainy daaaaay!

What should you include in your videos to make them more interesting?

Question coming from a pain management coach. She was looking for ideas to make her live videos more interesting so more people would attend and engage with her.

When I had my wellness group, I would do weekly live videos. I was terrified of doing them and I hid behind teaching… which quickly turned into:

Am I really helping or am I just giving out information but not really inspiring them to take action and implement?

So, I changed my approach and kept collecting data.

Based on my previous experience and what I noticed after doing things differently, here are some tips to make things more interesting:

1. I would choose a story to share, a moment in your life and tie it in with what you do. People want to know you so they can feel comfortable around you and trust that you are the one to help them.

2. I would also name the events so they spark interest. I would share weird, new ideas... things that make them think differently so they want to join your next events.

For instance, I was watching The History of Swear Words on Netflix and they were saying that studies have shown that using the f word increases pain threshold and strength.

3. Aaaand... how can you make things more interesting for you too?

Think about using some of these tips in your written content as well.

Hugs,

Tini
