Rachel Naar, MS, RD, CDN, started her business in 2018 to help individuals better their relationship with food + their bodies. Rachel initially started out seeing grad students at Columbia and NYU, and has gone on to see creatives + actors, as well as local Hoboken/NYC residents.

 

Rachel's practice is now operating virtually and she has clients all over the country (and world!). Recently, Rachel has been doing walking and park-bench sitting sessions with local clients.
