The Keith County Area Development (KCAD) Board of Directors is pleased to introduce Ms. Regina Carlini as executive director.
“We were impressed with Regina’s team-oriented approach, her demonstrated passion for collaboration, and her enthusiasm for pursuing forward-thinking opportunities in our community,” said KCAD Board President Laci Mueller.
Originally from Grant, Nebraska, Carlini brings nearly 30 years of experience in management, property development, relationship building, and community involvement in the Los Angeles, California, region back to Western Nebraska.
Carlini has served as a senior operations executive and portfolio manager at several commercial property management companies in Southern California. Her most recent portfolio at Lincoln Property Company included oversight of all capital improvements for over 2 million sq. ft. of office space. Carlini’s work required developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with capital partners and investors, as well as local governing agencies, contractors, and over 175 tenants.
“We think her depth of experience with commercial real estate will translate well to the work that KCAD does to support business development, business retention, and community development,” said Mueller.
“Thanks to the groundwork of former director Mary Wilson, our community is well poised to take advantage of a number of growth and development opportunities that are on the horizon. We are looking forward to building on that strong foundation under Carlini’s leadership,” Mueller added.
Carlini will begin work at KCAD in late October. KCAD Office and Program Specialist Lisa Kraus will continue to lead the office until that time with support from the Board, Housing director Mary Wilson, volunteers, contractors, and community partners.
