The empire is dead, how should we respond?

We will need to learn how to really disciple people, or better said, help people to mature in righteousness.

There is a desperate and eternal need to define what we think a disciple actually looks like. What if anything is non-negotiable? And yes, so that it can be measured. The individual Christian derives hope and affirmation as they see the Holy Spirit working in their lives. The fruit of the Spirit takes shape and grows even as we submit to the Spirit to grow us in the fruit. The acts of the flesh are meant to be overwhelmed with the fruit of the Spirit. 

Is what we are communicating and doing maturing faith?

It is labor intensive, until the person is able to set in place the regular practice of the priesthood for themselves.

It is relational. Too many numbers easily becomes an information download. 

It is best grown in an ever expanding decentralized structure into which leadership spends a majority of its time:

• Training decentralized leadership
• Probing to protect the body from error 
• Probing to make sure that maturity is being achieved
