A 5-week intensive program for the spiritual and soulful empath to become embodied and empowered in the gift of sensitivity.
 
This program will show you how to embrace your sensitivity as one of your greatest gifts and empower you with the tools to heal and thrive as an empath and highly sensitive person.
 
Embodied Empath is not only for "Empaths or HSPs." While it has been designed with them in mind, this is a powerful, healing, and potent program for any woman looking to better understand her energy—and that of the world around her—develop practices and rituals to support her in day-to-day life, and become empowered as the woman she strives to be.
 
 
This container includes:
  • 10 sessions (2 per week)*:
    • 5 live intensive session workshops
    • 5 pre-record drop sessions of breath-work, meditation, and/or energy healing
  • A private, intimate group of like-minded women to grow and heal with
  • Journal prompts, expansive hw exercises
  • A private group chat to connect outside sessions
 
*Replays will be available for all sessions and housed in a private Facebook group for the duration of the program and for 1 week of catch-up time following the live course.
