When I saw Janet Joehlin's Strawberry Moon artwork, I just KNEW it had to be the cover of the first issue. So without further ado:

I can't wait to show you the whole thing (it wraps around to the back, too!!!).

Janet describes the spread as “a playground of fun and exploration to celebrate Suzanne and her new magazine adventure.” She used collage, paints, washi, sprays, inks, markers, pens and crayons.

 

I am so grateful to Janet for sharing this beautiful art with me, so that I can share it with you. (And thanks also to everyone that submitted something! So many cool things will be showing up on the pages of this first issue!)
