I have a copyediting certificate, but even editors need editing, so the long articles that I wrote are in that process. The rest of the content is getting edited by me and laid out in InDesign. Also by me.
For those of you wondering what qualifies me to design a magazine: the answer is sheer force of will. Also, as a long-time quilter and artist, I like to think I have a pretty good eye for design. I know I'll make mistakes, but I'm having a ridiculous amount of fun (even when InDesign just plain refuses to do what I tell it to do…) and the fun really counts for a lot.
