Welcome to the Full Moon in Aries!

Hello dear First name / one,

What are you waiting for?

That passion you have, the one that lives below the surface and scares you sometimes?

It’s never going anywhere. You can hold onto it carefully, keep it locked up in a place with a little window so that you may look in on it from time to time. But we both know that doesn’t make you happy, nor does it serve that fire in your belly. You are so worthy of the fulfillment and success that comes from owning what moves you, what lights you up.

I’m not talking about dumping your current career tomorrow and becoming a #vanlife nomad or homesteading out in Montana—although I would never stop you and for some people (ah-hem) this really is the dream. What I mean by “owning what moves you,” living via your passion, is to start incorporating it into your life as it is, in any way you can. Make the changes, regardless of how counterculture they seem. As cliche as it sounds, commit to investing the time in your dreams. The most radical of changes does not happen overnight. It is a cumulative process of pivots and shifts and minor decisions made from the commitment to your inner truth.

If you fantasize about van life, in what ways can you simplify your lifestyle this month and minimize your belongings? What camping trips can you book ahead for yourself over the next year to satisfy your travel bug?
If you dream of a big farm with animals and gardens, do you have the capacity to join a community garden? Or perhaps it would just be nice to incorporate some slower mindfulness practices to your daily chores?

How do you bring the essence of your passions into the mundane?

How do you begin walking with your authentic self?

If you haven’t taken the leap yet, into the practice of devotion to yourself, now is your opportunity. This full moon in fiery Aries is emotionally primed to take action, specifically that will serve you, yourself. And opposite Mars, it may be hard to resist. You may desire to solve problems with your relationships, and quickly, with an added pressure on the shadow side of things from a square with Pluto. But the sextile with Jupiter should help to illuminate solutions and opportunities to resolve any remaining conflicts that stand in your way.

A full moon brings our progress to the forefront. How far have we come, where are we now, and what work is left to do? Where have you given away your power? And where can you still reclaim some?*

Keep your eye out for a new Journal entry coming this week about this exact topic. It's been many months in the making and I'm looking forward to sharing ii with you, First name / my dear friend.

FOR THE BODY

The sign of Aries corresponds to the head, eyes, teeth, tongue and arteries. Be mindful that you're not living too much in your head, and keep your vision clear.

Treat yourself to five extra minutes in the shower and give yourself a scalp massage. The head is an erogenous zone and massaging the area in circular motions can release dopamine and endorphins!

â—¦

Release the jaw and stick out your tongue. This powerful little muscle gets set against the roof of our mouths or our front teeth and can contribute to neck pain and headaches.

â—¦

Time to schedule that trip to the dentist if you haven't yet this year!
