We're trying to harvest here on the western plains of NSW. It's raining…. and raining and raining. We're a fussy bunch us farmers wanting rain when we want it and sunshine the rest of the time.
My farmer always says to me “can’t stress about the things that we can't control” Wise farmer.
As the end of 2021 approaches we know that many rural and regional families will be getting ready to send a new boarder to boarding school in 2022. I can only hope they have a better run than our 2020 and 2021 cohort of young boarders - the pandemic proved such a disruptive start to their wonderful years of building communities away from home.
