No Black Friday or Cyber Monday Deals This Year We’ll have a decent amount of leather on the shelves for now because we own the leather factory down the road. But if what we’re reading about eCommerce is true, we should be out of stock in a lot of things by Thanksgiving because we’ll be one of the few stores with our lights still on. 1000’s of stores are already out of Christmas stock with bare shelves expected through the rest of this year. So that means don’t hold your breath for Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals. |

Anywhere But Amazon The last two years, Amazon told us that our kids’ Christmas presents would arrive for sure by December 15th, but were delivered in February and March. Don’t trust them. They’ll tell you anything to get your money, as they copy popular products with their own brands and put thousands of small companies out of business. I know Amazon is convenient, but we now shop anywhere but Amazon unless we can’t find it on an original website or in a local store. |
