Someone told me that the music I chose for the Podcast was too high-energy for my ā€œsoothing voiceā€. I don't even know where to begin with this. First of all, my voice is SOOTHING?! I thought it was just annoying? Secondly, my music choice is punk rock and ska becauseā€¦ well, it's awesome. Not sorry.
Episode 3: The Great Instagram and Facebook Outage
This episode covers one of the worst (and weirdest) days in social media history - the day Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp were completely shut down for over six hours. This episode includes what you should do as an entrepreneur or small business to prepare for when this may inevitably happen again and why this even happened in the first place.
Episode 4: NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and Decentralizing Social Media
Join the conversation between me and Cryptocurrency Trader & Developer, Justin Greene. In this episode we get down to the nitty gritty on what NFTs are, why they're important for social media managers to understand, and how they can potentially help digital artists and small business owners generate income.

Do you believe in putting social media in the hands of the people? Decentralizing social media sounds like a good idea, but could it work? Justin Greene and many others believe it's the way of the future.

Snapchat kinda got uncool a few years ago, kinda like how Peloton is becoming uncool now (I guess I'm glad I didn't get Peloton stock?). But now that the ā€œmetaverseā€ is becoming a reality, Snapchat is back in the news with some pretty cool tech: AR clothing try-on tools so people can try on their favorite designers from the comfort of their home. This takes online shopping to a whole new level - imagine standing in front of your mirror and being able to try on Prada. It's just a matter of time before other apps like Facebook and Instagram get up to date with this technology, since shopping on these apps are almost second-nature now.

And on that shopping noteā€¦ Instagram @shop is featuring Black-owned businesses this holiday season. This is set to happen throughout November and early December and feature awesome Black stylists and Black-owned brands, and even offering 20% off and free shipping when you buy through the app, courtesy of Instagram. Don't mind me, I'll be participating.

Come watch my latest podcast guest, Justin Greene, and I go live on Instagram today at 1 PM.
