This is a hack I have heard and read about from @itsjennarennart and Byrdie.com. Using a light colored liner in your waterline will make your eyes look bigger, brighter, younger and awake. Sign me up. I like how natural the color of this Chanel pencil in the color Claire looks but there are lots of options out there. Tarte makes one called Fake Awake Highlighter and Charlotte Tilbury has Eye Cheat.
