You know me by now, I plan A LOT.
 
But I haven’t planned for my 50th weekly newsletter 🎉 to be issued twenty-four hours after announcing my first goal-setting workshop in last night’s email. That announcement was such a major milestone in my life. I am so excited that I will be sharing private space with you where I can teach you all what I have learned and tried myself about planning AND achieving goals.

Yesterday was the natural end to a great week of commitment to my habits. For the first time since school started, I managed to do all the steps of my morning routine and leave the house before 7 am to arrive at work no later than 8 am from Monday to Thursday. This happened because of 2 simple changes:
 
  1. Committing to my evening ritual, especially picking my outfit.
  2. Listening to my own advice and having zero screen-time in the morning except to say good morning to #sunrisewinners, take my office picture and listen to my guided meditation. I discovered that posting that motivating “good Morning” story on social media took me a minimum of 7 minutes. Replacing journaling or reading time. Now I just take the picture and post it later.
 
I have a lot of work to do in the coming days to ensure you have the best experience with me in the workshop. I will be counting on your support to share this workshop with your friends who are interested to live purposefully like you.
