I'm doing a 7-Days of Movement Seriesthis week! And if you hadn't heard yet, it's probably because I just announced it YESTERDAY. The series will be all about “Gestures of Gratitude”. The theme is common this time of year - but do we actually embrace it? I wanted to offer us all a space to help us embody and really cultivate what it means for each of us to be grateful.
