A true freelancer, I'm typing this on my laptop up in Sawmill Settlement near Mt Buller, trying to figure out email marketing along with the other dozen hats you have to wear when you work for yourself. Add website manager to that list - I've just added a gift certificate to my online store in time for last minute Christmas gifts. 

 

I just dodged an attack by a well-meaning king parrot who was after my lunch, and now I'm off to the Delatite river to enjoy a bit of sunshine that has finally arrived. Saying that, I really, really hate the heat and if anyone has watched the comedy series Black Books - my husband says I have Dave's Syndrome when the temperature goes over 22 degrees…

I am a major organisation and productivity nerd, and one thing I cannot live without is a piece of (free) software called Notion.

 

Mashable describes Notion like if Google Drive and list-making app Trello had a beautiful baby. It's software for note-taking, task management, project management, knowledge management. It's an extension of my brain, my memory, and I love it.
