FULL NOISE.
So when I started a business it's no shock that I brought this “all in” attitude to the party.
When you're a service based business and particularly in your early stages of business you are both your greatest asset and your greatest liability.
For me, this all in attitude is part of my unique point of difference.
I go ABOVE and beyond for my clients, I am 100% invested in their success and the impact they stand to make and they feel like they have somebody who is on their team every step of the way.
But this all in attitude can also be my kryptonite at times, I've had to learn how to set really good boundaries and how to keep myself accountable or else I ran the risk of going ALL IN at the cost of the other parts of my life.
Our biggest strengths can also be our downfall.
One of the most powerful lessons I've learnt in business has been how to harness my strengths and how to outsource the parts of my business that come at a cost to me, even if that simply meant creating accountability.
So my question for you is;
Are you clear on your superpowers and how are you harnessing them in your business?
Where can you lean into your strengths, where can you leverage these strengths in other areas, how can you create more impact using this strength.
AND
What is your kryptonite and how are you minimising the impact of this?
What boundaries could you put in place, what accountability can you request, what can you OUTSOURCE to create space?
