Hi friends!

This weekend, I got greatly surprised by a generous Instagram mention by a friend whose followers trust her a lot, they showed up at my door cheering me to go on and thus helping me finally cross the big 10K followers milestone. It was such a big aspiration for this year. Thank you, Dia, and all of you, dear friends, who believe in my work and want to help spread it wider.

The timing, honestly, was so perfect as I have been working hard preparing for the goals workshop that will take place tomorrow with an amazing group of thirsty learners.

Now scroll down to check the 5 sparks of this week, they're lovely. I will keep this one short and sweet to get back to work.

Here is your weekly dose of The Sunday Spark ⚡️ a newsletter listing 5 inspiring things I thought were worth starting your week with:
  1. This is a brilliant exercise to dream big that I decided to include in my goals workshop, it's called 'your ten-year plan for a remarkable life' by Debbie Millman. You get to have it too.
  2. How this actor defined grief resonated deeply with me and I already shared it with some friends, isn't it beautiful?
  3. When things go wrong.
  4. Dr. BJ Fogg is the one who came up with the idea of “habit stacking” that was mentioned in Atomic Habits, watch his Ted Talk here.
  5. We are meant to shine like stars, this quote by the astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson says it all:
"The atoms of your body are traceable to stars that have exploded across the galaxy. Out of that scattered enrichment forms the next generations of star systems that have the ingredients that will make planets . . .
Here we are on Earth: we wake up, eat breakfast, go to work, go to school, take care of the home—we are a participant in an ecosystem. And so, when you pull all this together, you realize it’s not that we are here and the universe is there. It’s not that we are humans and everything else isn’t. It’s that we are a participant in a great unfolding of cosmic events. And for me that gives us a sense of belonging.
That’s a cosmic perspective that allows you to sit up straight, look around, and say, “I belong to something bigger than my daily routine.” It’s a gift of twentieth century astrophysics to civilization that . . . you’re not separate and distinct from the universe.
You are part of the universe. You are in the universe.
The universe is in you."
― Neil deGrasse Tyson
