How do you feel, friend? I hope you feel grounded, present, fulfilled, and open as intended. know we covered a lot, but I couldn't have imagined doing it without you. 
 
THANK YOU for showing up as you are and sharing your energy with me. It means the world! 
 
Now the real work sets in…
How do we continue to exude, generate, and practice this gratitude that we have cultivated moving forward? You can use any elements from the exercises we worked on as a way to enter back in. 
 
It might not always feel easy, but it is a practice for reason. You have learned how to embody what it truly means to be grateful. When needed, find the moments of pause and experience what is happening in you and through you. Remember your light and when in doubt move it all out!
 
Of course, you have me as a support. Any time you need a reminder, a listening ear, or a safe space to move the body once again, know that you can reach out any time!
