For me, this message reminds me that I can create feelings whenever I want to. Either by thinking of a memory that made me feel that way or by doing an activity that produces this feeling.
I choose to feel gratitude today. It reminds me of when I bought my first car. Don't know… it just felt so tense to drive my dad's car or someone else's. That tension melted away when I looked at the car who would become my best friend.
Still remembering the moment we said goodbye. Gratitude, who had made a permanent imprint in me, came in and hugged the sadness.
I choose to trust that this feeling of gratitude that I have now will invite more opportunities, people, experiences in my life. And I get to be grateful for them as I am for having spent a decade alongside my first car.
Have an expansive time and I'll catch you in the next one!
