Through the help of Entrepreneurs' Organization, Steve has been learning the Entrepreneur Operating System™ and attempting to weave process, vision, and people to make a better law firm. Steve thanks his team for participating in the process.
Our firm took some time to have our annual retreat in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida last Thursday and Friday. During our retreat, we spent time bonding (what we all wanted to do) and planning for 2022 (because having a plan is vital…and Steve said so). Pictures coming soon.
This month’s feature is a whitepaper Steve wrote, “Five Legal Tips to Cure the Supply Chain Blues”. EmergeCounsel’s e-commerce practice continues to grow, and everyone has been affected by the supply chain issue. Steve emphasizes any business can actually thrive during periods of adversity, but to do so, there needs to be a strategy and planning.
