I hope you all are having a fantastic holiday season. I know this can also be a tumultuous time of year, especially with the current global situation. And if you, like me, also experience general anxiety or have to deal with mental health concerns, or like my husband, who lost his mother right after Christmas two years ago, it can be a hard time of year to stay positive. But you're not alone!

I hope you all have an opportunity to take a moment for yourselves and practice some self care by doing something you really love.
