Why did you decide to work with The Thirlby Company?
“Last year we asked Margie to play an interim leadership role during our CEO transition, due to her outstanding experience running nonprofit organizations. In her role, Margie supported the staff, advised the board on the search, and helped onboard our new CEO. Since then, The Thirlby Company has provided board training, leadership coaching, and annual planning support.”
What outcomes has your team achieved?
“Since working with The Thirlby Company, our staff culture has greatly improved. One of our employees shared that she is a different, stronger, and more intentional leader because of Margie's supervision and coaching.
