Some of you may have already received notifications as I've entered in your info and upcoming appointment for a test-run. You will now get automated email and text reminders. These come from Vagaro. We can pre-book your next appointment in spa, which I highly recommend, to get the time you prefer. If you are unable to pre-book, I kindly ask you to use this feature moving forward. I can show you how at your next appointment! To book your own appointment, you do need to create an account. 
 
Here a just a few of the benefits:

  2. You can book online or download their app.
  3. You can also reschedule or cancel your appointment online, with respect to the cancellation policy (see below).
  4. You can add yourself to the waitlist. It is on a first-come first-served basis.
  5. Once booked, you can add your appointment to your own calendar and easily keep track of your upcoming appointments.

COVID, CANCELLATIONS & CONSIDERATIONS
• CANCELLATION POLICY •
     NEW: I kindly ask for 36 hour notice. Failure to give proper notice will result in a fee of 50% of cancelled service. A no-show will be charged 100% of missed service. Of course, I understand things come up. This is for the few who cancel late repeatedly. Repeated late cancellations and no-shows will be asked to pre-pay before booking.
 
• WITH REGARDS TO ILLNESS •
     If you, someone in your household, or someone in your care is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any transmittable illness (common cold, flu, active skin infection, etc.) you must reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 36-hours notice due to illness or COVID-19 symptoms, I will waive the cancellation fee the first two (2) occurrences. I appreciate your understanding.
