The WiST Fellows Program supports female* undergraduate and graduate students eager to begin their careers in the sports tech industry. This flagship program is an integral part of how we propel women into important roles and leadership positions in sports tech. Click here to hear recent fellowship recipients talk about the impact of their WiST Fellowship experience.

WiST Fellows complete a  6-8 week internship during the summer months with one of the sports tech industry’s most innovative startups or established businesses. To increase the accessibility of these opportunities, WiST Fellows receive a grant of $5,000 and reimbursement of up to $2,500 for travel and housing expenses.**

In addition to offering meaningful, industry specific work experience, WiST Fellows benefit from 1:1 mentorship, small-group professional development workshops, and a supportive community. While the benefits created by these resume-building experiences are significant, the relationships developed among the Fellows cohort, Fellow alumni, and the WiST community at large provide an unmatched network for future growth.
