I never thought I'd be the one showing you this, First name / my pal…
 
…but I know I can't be the only who:

A) wants to organize the back end of their business
 
B) overcomplicates the shiz out of organizing the back end of their business because it just doesn't come naturally to them
 
I feel ya. But, a few months ago, I YouTube'd a few things and finally set up my task management system in a way that:
  • organizes my daily tasks, project management, marketing calendars, etc
  • helps me keep track of my offers and goals
  • allows me to move the needle on a daily to quarterly basis
